Please read carefully before linking, downloading, printing or using my works in any form or manner before use.

2. Personal Use Criteria
 

The following are a list of conditions where I, Martin P. Hadley, grant individuals permission to copy or link to JPEG images and other material at no charge:

1. You may print a copy of any image for personal reference without  further permission.

2. Permission is granted for Students to download images and incorporate them into school reports, presentations, etc. for free so long as proper credit is attributed.

3. You may download images for Desktops / Wallpapers for the express use of displaying them on screen on any personal computer that is not being used for commercial or public viewing purposes.

3. Web Usage Criteria
 

You are authorised under the following conditions to use my images free of charge on the condition that full attribution of copyright is given to me, “Martin P. Hadley” or “Chaosphoto” and includes the e-mail address, martin@chaosphoto.com.au in said attribution:

1. You may make LINKS to the images on pages you maintain for for personal and non-commercial use.

2. If you are creating FREE online site guides for others ie, photographers, bloggers or photography forums, you may make use of my images on the condition that  full attribution of copyright is given to me, “Martin P. Hadley” or “Chaosphoto” and includes the e-mail address, martin@chaosphoto.com.au in said attribution.

4. Commercial Use
 

Those persons who wish to use the photography found on this site in a commercial fashion require written consent from me, Martin P. Hadley, prior to its commercial use. To obtain consent you must contact me via martin@chaosphoto.com.au and give the following details and clearly identify Image(s) you would like to use

1. Where they will be displayed ie website, billboard, etc.

2. The format and size they will be displayed at.

3. The intended purpose of each image

4. The intended duration of public usage

5. Any other relevant details not covered above

Any commercial use of my photography without prior consent is a violation of U.S. and International copyright law.
 

5. Copyright Protection Procedures
 

In attempts to maintain the integrity of the copyrighted photographs found on this site, several copyright protection methods have been utilized. Some of the methods used may include, but are not limited to:

1. Displaying of low resolution versions of images

2. Downsizing of images for web use

3. Watermarks

If you would like to use a specific photograph/s in larger sizes and higher resolutions with modified or removed watermarks you can contact me via martin@chaosphoto.com.au describing the intended use of the image/s.
 

6. Copyright Infringement
 

The act of infringing on a copyright is very serious and is punishable by fines and/or imprisonment. Behind the creation of my images there are many years of skill along with my personal talent, my valuable time and some very expensive equipment. I have worked long and hard on my skills and my passion for photography and Digital Art are still very strong. So, I respectfully ask you to respect my Art, time and skills and refrain from copying or using my works for any reason outside the limited permissions I have given above without my written permission. I do regularly use various tools to hunt down illegal use of my images and if found I will first ask for payment of for their use to be discontinued. I am not being a hard case in doing this as it has and continues to cost me a lot of time and money to continue to create my works so theft of them is taken very seriously. If you do like and wish to use any of my works for purposes outside the freely given permissions above just write and ask me, I am very easy to get along with if treated with respect.
